Here’s what you should know before you place an order with us. Please read these instructions so you have a clear understanding of what you can expect as our customer.
When you click on any product on this website, you will see a full description of the item along with detailed order instructions and advice. The following are order features common to all the items in our line:
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee the quality of our birth announcements and all our other merchandise. Should we make an error on any personalized item, we will replace it free of charge or you may return it within 10 days for a full refund less shipping charges. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will replace it immediately or you may return it within 10 days for a full refund less shipping charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Four ways to place your order:
1. Call us toll-free at 1-888-533-2229, Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 5 pm, CST. We prefer this method of taking an order. We like talking to our customers about their order.
2. Place your order on this website any time, day or night.
3. Fax us the filled-out order form at (630)548-2108.
4. Mail the filled-out order form to: Customcraft, Inc., PO Box 626, Naperville, IL 60566-0626.
Order Processing Schedule:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. We may require an additional business day for birth announcement orders which require us to tie the ribbons to the birth announcements. All other personalized items typically process and ship within 3 weeks.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
Our shipping method for all items is standard ground delivery. We can also ship 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for an additional charge. Orders can be tracked for delivery status. Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, military bases and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
The following schedule shows the standard shipping and handling charges for an order:

Available Ink Colors: We offer six ink color choices for our cards: pink, blue, red, green, navy or black. Please keep in mind, however, that not all colors are recommended on all cards. The description of each item contains recommendations.

Receiving Envelopes Early:
You can receive your envelopes early by placing your order ahead of time. You need to place your order with us over the phone so we can review with you the process by which you receive the envelopes early and follow up later with the announcement information. There is no extra charge to receive your envelopes early. Please call us toll free at 1-888-533-BABY (2229) to place an early envelope order.
Birth Announcement Posters, Glass Announcement Frames and Baby Blocks:
Customcraft typically processes and ships orders for posters, glass announcement picture frames, memory boxes and baby blocks within 3 weeks. The information required to process orders for these items is the following:
1. Baby Birth Announcement Blocks: the baby’s full name, date of birth, time of birth, birth weight and birth length.
2. Baby Birth Announcement Posters: the baby’s first name, date of birth, time of birth, birth weight and birth length. This item can be framed for an additional $28.00.
3. Baby Birth Announcement Glass Picture Frame: the baby’s full name, date of birth, time of birth, birth weight and birth length.
4. Baby Memory Box: the baby’s full name.
